The main thing advantage of the apartment was it's location and cleanliness.

Although we were greeted with an extremely detailed welcome message on WhatsApp, the overall communication with the owner was slow, with delayed responses to questions and requests during our stay. Upon our arrival on the 30th of December, the apartment was very cold, as the air conditioning had not been turned on in advance. We were provided with only one key card, and were instructed to take it with us in order to access the front door, which meant there was no key card left inside to keep the heating on while we were away. Additionally, the water pressure was very low for two of the days during our stay. The most disappointing part of our experience was the check-out process. The housekeeping lady arrived at 10:50, despite check-out being at 11:00, and we had been informed she would arrive at 11:05. As we had a few bags, we had to go down to our car twice. While we were trying to cary the first set of bags out of the room, the housekeeping lady began shouting “card, card, card” at us. She then entered the apartment, opened drawers, and asked questions while we were still in the process of leaving — all before the official check-out time. When we returned at 11:05 to collect the remaining luggage, the apartment door was closed. Although it was then opened for us, the lady continued to behave in a rude and unfriendly manner, speaking loudly in Greek. Overall, this was the most unpleasant check-out experience we have had, and it significantly impacted our stay.

Πραγματικά εξαιρετικός χώρος,ΠΕΝΤΑΚΑΘΑΡΟΣ με όλες τις ανέσεις. Πάνω στη πλατεία Αριστοτέλους που σημαίνει πας παντού με τα πόδια . Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία. Αν κ η πλατεία εχει φασαρία μέχρι αργά ο θόρυβος δεν ενοχλεί όσο είσαι μεσα στο δωμάτιο. Οι οδηγίες του υπεύθυνου για τη χρήση του χώρου απόλυτα κατανοητές.σιγουρα αν πήγαινα πάλι Θεσσαλονίκη θα το επέλεγα.
