This apartment was very spacious, clean, and felt very comfortable. The bed was great, and I have to highlight the pillows — they were soft and the perfect thickness, not like the overinflated “balloon” pillows you often find elsewhere. Parking was easy with good options nearby, which made everything more convenient. The host was incredibly helpful, always available for any questions, and provided great tips about the area. The check-in process was smooth and simple, guided by a clear video sent by host, which made arrival stress-free.

The apartment is located on the second floor and you need to use the stairs, which could be a bit challenging if you have heavy luggage. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend staying here!

Impossible check in.! We were almost left outside the apartment upon our arrival, at 22:00pm. If it hadn't been some extremely helpful Arab (I think) neighbors, it would have been impossible to get into the room and we were ready to leave and try to find another place to stay. The host send us all the messages in italian and she didn't answer her phone. The code she sent, was supposed to open the keybox, which it didn't. When we got in, after she picked up the phone, 45 min. later, she sent us a message for having breakfast the next morning to a restaurant near by, which was closed.

Easy and friendly communication with the host and clear instructions how to pick up the keys. Nice, clean appartment with parking nearby. We were there only for 1 night but if I come back to Bergamot I will definitly book it again. There were even some compliments for breakfast.
