Stadium View Apartments – 2 Beds Cardiff City Retreat

Easy to walk into centre of Cardiff. Free on street carparking. Apartment was clean.

False advertising. Didn't get the apartment that was paid for and confirmed by stay right well before the trip. When contacted Stay right they said I should have contacted them at 10:30pm, when we got back from our night out and when we realised the bed situation, and they would have found us another apartment ! We should have had the correct apartment in the first place. Sofa bed had bent leg, so was uncomfortable. Only 2 single beds in the one room instead of the 3 that were described. One person had to sleep on the floor - at least the carpet was clean. For this issue they offered £20. No proper description of the area. The stadium view was only available through the top of the bath room window and it should clarify that it is the football stadium. Communication was also poor. I was asked for photographic ID so sent a copy of my passport and this was accepted and confirmed. I was told I would get check in details 48hrs prior to the visit. On Friday afternoon before our stay on the Saturday I had to contact the company to say I had had no check in details. They explained that because I was from the UK I needed to send a copy of my drivers license. This had never been communicated before and if I hadn't contacted them to ask check in details I'm not sure I would ever have had them. Booking.com said they were unable to get answers from Stayright. As I said the apartment was clean.

Lors de notre arrivée, constatation qu'il manquait housse de couette et drap housse pour le cinquième couchage d'appoint.Nous avons réussi à échanger avec le contact donné lors d cela réservation, par mail, car le numéro d téléphone donné ne correspondait pas. Après plusieurs échanges qui nous demandait de vérifier , nous avons répondu q'en effet les draps et la housse n'étaient pas présents, le correspondant nous a dit qu'ils iraient voir sur place. Personne n'est venu, le problème n' a jamais été réglé, la personne qui devait utiliser le couchage a donc dormi dans de très mauvaises conditions. De plus une chaussette sale était par terre dans une chambre à notre arrivée; nous n'y avons pas touché

Well presented accommodation. Very cosy and clean. Good location as quite closer to all the attractions and the city centre.

Booked for 5 people but provided bed for only 4 people. 5th one was supposed to be a sofa bed but unfortunately it was just a couch not a sofa bed so husband had to sleep on the couch with no duvet and pillows for couple of nights which we are not happy about. Being said that, it's still a great place to stay with 3 to 4 people but not 5.
