ZA- Fan was dusty! It needs cleaning. - There was no kettle in the room or coffee mugs, just glasses and a plate. - Floor mat was tearing/torn.

ZANo breakfast included. The admin guy was so kind and he tried his best to make feel comfortable and changed my room to another one since I was not comfortable with the first one.
There were lizards in my room. The room smelled bad and the walls & windows had lizard poop and were dirty. It’s bushy at the back of the house which attracts insects, they get inside the room. The ceiling board was old and lizards hid in there. The admin guy was so kind to give me another room when he noticed I was scared & couldn’t do anything coz I was uncomfortable.
ZAZAZAZAwe booked rooms with air-con and pool view only to be put in the rooms with fan……they changed rooms….. they rooms they gave us was not the one we saw on booking.com
