No clothe hangers, no chairs, used pieces of soap, left overs of toilet tissue, single bath towel, no gate remote (always ask when you go in and out), cupboards not cleaned

The attitude of the singular staff member, the fact, of what was stated on bookings.com and was was truly offered was world's apart. The facilities offered in the website, to which nothing was nothing was offered on site. Air conditioning offered in all rooms was a lie.. Tea and coffee stations in each room was a lie. There was no hot water in the roo. I stayed in at all. Had to change rooms twice due to the fact that not all rooms have there own em suite and the 1 room would not lock from inside. To which out of the 6 rooms on offer only 3 had air conditioning in a location that is constantly humid. I have stayed in travelers logins better then this. This place should be removed from bookings.com

I was put into a room that was recently repainted, no air conditioner, paint was smelling very badly. They denied me a refund. I couldn’t sleep there I went out on that very same night and booked somewhere else. It a very bad place honestly I even preferred sleeping on my car in a garage than that place. Picture are very fascinating and the description as well is no attractive but come inside. It a different story. Trust me. I wish such places are not even found on Bookings.com. This was my first time to get such an experience on this website
