The Compound - Villa 3

The villa is looked after inside and outside. We used only master bedroom. It was big, very well air conditioned. Bed large and very comfortable. Balcony outside was perfect for sunsets. Super friendly hosts. We liked that whole area is treated for any insects. We had no bites, should chill outside even in dark. We used kitchen facilities, everything worked perfect. Huge shopping centre just 5 minutes away by car. We have no complaints. Had really nice stay. .

We loved the heated pool. The kayaks. Robot vacuum and mop. Games/TV room. Two fridge/freezers. Large Washing Machine. Upstairs balcony was fabulous. Comfortable and brilliant view. The standard and quality of the building and everything in it are exceptional. Absolutely second to none. Welcome treats were appreciated😊 Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and the whole property was spotless. A level of luxury not often found. Filtered Water dispenser with hot water for cooking and chilled water for drinking. Outside shower, sink and toilet. Close to Sugar Factory, Botanical Gardens and Port Louis and M2.

The property is clean and modern throughout, exceptionally well maintained, generous in size and has outstanding views, pool and beach access!

When you book accommodation, it is all about three different things: location, amenities, and hospitality/service. As seasoned travelers, we have learned that you can't have everything perfect, somehow you need to compromise... well, until we stayed at this property. For the first time ever, in all three categories, we can confirm that no pictures can tell how beautifully located this property is located, no list can tell all the features of this villa, and no words can describe the friendliness and support of our hosts. Compared to any other accommodations we rated 9 or 10 here at booking.com, we would need to give this accommodation a solid 15 in all categories. Here is why: The location is more than perfect: the villa has privacy, no noise from the streets or neighbors, direct seaview from living room and master bedroom, restaurants, shopping malls, and sightseeing nearby. The amenities include EVERYTHING you can imagine and more, and if there would be something missing, tell your hosts and they will go above and beyond getting it for you. All rooms are beautifully decorated by the loving hand of an interior design expert, every wall and corner are home of the finest artwork. There are canoes free to be used, there are spa and massage services that can be booked at a small fee in the comfort of your Mauritius home, and even a private chef is available to bring fine dining to your table. A well-equipped security system keeps you safe at all times. The hospitality starts right after you confirmed your booking with a warm, personal welcome message and a digital brochure about the villa and the area. They allow super early check-ins when available (we arrived 6am), as well as late check-outs when available. Basic groceries for a first breakfast as well as a welcome gift are waiting for you on your arrival. The whole family will do whatever they can to make you feel like home away from home.

Absolutely nothing! Some other reviews mention the shallow water on the beach, but you need to have in mind that there are tides on Mauritius. Even at high tides, the water is perfect for canoeing, for kids, and for some water games. And at low tides, you can have a romantic walk thru the Indian Ocean - enjoy!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Villa, die absolut keine Wünsche offen lässt. Unser Flieger hatte Verspätung und Lois hat uns für den Abend und den nächsten Morgen den Kühlschrank gefüllt, so dass wir bestens versorgt waren. Die Ausstattung der Villa ist toll, die Lage, direkt am Strand, ebenfalls. Wir werden sehr gern wiederkommen.

Nichts. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen.

For as this place was very good. The villa is very beautiful - even better than pictures. Ir is everything what you need. Also it is right in the beach! Beach is private. Just what you should know. Water is not suitable for swimming - very shallow. Till noon - light snorkling is available with some fish and nice colar. After noon - water goes down till your knees - no snorkeling . Overall - you can sit in water :) for us it was all good. We enjoied perfect pool. Also as induatrial ship port is near - you always see industrial ships in the sea. For us - not game changer - as villa and its value for money is perfect. Owners super kind and very helpful, for the first I saw such great digital quide.

Vi hyrde The Compound – Villa 3 på Mauritius över julen och det blev utan tvekan en av våra bästa semestrar någonsin. Huset var helt magiskt och överträffade alla våra förväntningar från första stund. Värden och hans familj tog emot oss med en sådan värme att vi direkt kände oss som hemma. De var genuint omtänksamma och gav oss fantastiska tips som gjorde vår vistelse ännu bättre. Läget är helt oslagbart – att vakna upp till havet, ha egen strand och en underbart skött, uppvärmd pool precis utanför dörren kändes som en dröm. Vi reste två vuxna med tre barn och huset passade vår familj perfekt. Det fanns gott om plats för både lek, vila och kvalitetstid tillsammans. Barnen älskade huset – och vi vuxna älskade lugnet, utsikten och känslan av total avkoppling. Bilderna ser fantastiska ut, men verkligheten var ännu bättre. När det var dags att checka ut kändes det faktiskt tråkigt att åka därifrån – vi hade gärna stannat mycket längre. Ett boende vi varmt rekommenderar och som vi utan tvekan hoppas få återvända till.

Inget dåligt att skriva, även om jag försöker komma på något.

Das Meer ist nicht unbedingt zum Schwimmen geeignet, aber sehr gut fur's Paddeln, Bote sind inklusive! Das ist keine Kritik an die Unterkunft nur ein Hinweis..
