The Sofa. This should be changed
GBVery spacious and the owner was very active in responding and solving issues arised. Would recommend it to others and would book again if I come to Erith again. Convenient location too. Only 40mins away from London eye.
IEThe location is excellent, close to train station and bus routes. House is a good size for medium to large groups. There is a little garden at the back which was nice. House was warm with plenty of hot water and easily accessible. There is also a downstairs toilet, which is not mentioned in the description but was a great addition.
The property does need some up dating. Unfortunately, the kitchen was understocked. There was only 6cups, 3 forks, 3 big spoons, 2 water glasses and no small spoons. We were a party of 7. Lots of plates, bowls and knives. Also there were stains on 3 of the bedsheets but washing powder was provided so we were able to wash these. The outside bins were overflowing and we had to clean up same after they had attracted some animal attention overnight. There is an inadequate amount of seating in the house with only space to sit 6 - 8 people in the kitchen and sofa bed in sitting room was extremely uncomfortable for sitting.

MYNice house with ample rooms and beds for the 9 of us. Easy check in by key code to collect house keys and house was tidy and clean. Good number of heaters to keep us warm and cozy. Location is pretty good for house located in SE London.
Insufficient toilet papers and lack of toiletries. Other than that...almost a perfect stay.
