Excellent location and great comfort for a family of four. The apartment manager was very efficient and accommodating with communications and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience from beginning to end. Very clean and €6-€8 taxi to Portaventura with taxi rank across the road. We tried using the bus but it never showed up on the Sunday service.

Everything about the apartment was excellent. It's well equipped and only suggestion may be to include more than 4 pillow types to suit all tastes.

Location very central , bus from/to airport directly opposite Surrounding shops/bars/restaurants all good Apartment very modern, excellent Air Conditioning, full size kitchen , well stocked Double length balcony Pool not busy as it is not a public complex so no rush for sun beds etc - very relaxing

Access App a bit intermittent but residents very obliging opening gate for us etc A mirror in the bedroom would be convenient for ladies getting ready and some bedside lamps but otherwise all good

Very clean and well equipped apartment close to the beach. Sun in the evening on the balcony. Plenty of hot water and great shower. Bed very comfortable and lots of storage space.

1. On March 18, owner agreed early entry to the apartment, as we were travelling on an early morning flight and for other personal and mobility reasons, we needed this. This was not possible on the day due to the entry time on the app not being changed. Despite numerous calls to the rental company in Denmark and calls to the owner in Andorra, who did not speak English, this was not resolved.We were hanging around Salou from 11 to after 3pm and there was nowhere to leave baggage. At 3pm, the app clicked and gave the green entry light. The outside gate would not open, we spent quite a while on the street trying to gain entry,including going to a nearby rental office requesting use of a fob to open the gate. No luck. Eventually, someone coming out of the property let us in. Entry to the main door and apartment door was fine. Difficulties with the street gate continued throughout the week. For this reason, I would not consider staying at this property again. It was a guessing game everytime we approached the gate for entry, not at all acceptable. The fact that there is no local designated office is a huge problem; this would also apply if something went wrong in the apartment, a contact number in Denmark is of no use. 2. Bathroom is an internal room that should have proper ventilation, even in the middle of the night it smelled disgusting. 3. Tap in kitchen is usable, but needs to be secured. There is a peculiar brown object attached to it, but doesn't stop it wobbling.
