San Roque 2

De la casa en general me gustó todo, limpia, cómoda, bastante completa de todo, bien ubicada para nuestro programa. Contaba con aparcamiento.

Las camas no son adecuadas, ni los colchones ni la ropa de cama, están reutilizadas y no ofrecen confort ninguno. La cama individual no es la que aparece en las fotos, es una cama-nido infantil, muy incómoda para un adulto. En este aspecto nos sentimos estafados. En la foto aparece una cama y una mesa de noche blanca todo bien decorado y la realidad es otra. Por otro lado la casa huele a humedad y la limpieza es mejorable. Creo que deberían los anfitriones dar un mejor servicio, tuve que hacer la cama al llegar porque dejaron las sábanas encima de la cama. En la habitación de matrimonio había un ruido muy extraño(animalito…) Por ello decidimos abandonar al día siguiente el alojamiento, queríamos descansar y disfrutar de unos días en Lanzarote (nos encanta la isla), pero imposible así. También les recomendaría a los anfitriones que cuidaran la entrada al alojamiento, parece que entras en un punto-limpio a dejar trastos.

Evthing vrythias fine, besides the chewing gum stuck in the bed sheets 😀 we were wondering whether the bed sheets were washed before our stay.

Great location, big space, terrace is nice, washing machine was great addition and overall equipement of the space.

Bit chilly in December, sometimes a little noise from the owners on the ground floor. But still better than average hotel room i guess. Keys handover was chaotic. We didnt receive code for the key lock, and I didnt have info about the owner living there which is really usefull information and it would avoid a lot of stress and chaos. Also the owners saw us on the parking lot but never approach us and were not picking up the phone either, which was funny :D I guess this was one time situation, as they were having some family gathering there at the moment, so there were multiple people. But after all they were nice and we manage to get in.
