Cid 90 Flat by Concept

A really huge room. Comfy giant bed. Everything basically is huge and spacy. Great interior, nice lights, two TVs, located in a minute from metro station. Everything worked fine except the oven, but its not like I needed it. Nice new furniture. Warm, suprisingly quite at nights, despite your only window is on the busy street.

There are a few adjustments that need to be made to make this place great. First of all, while the front door is directly on the street, the lock is super tricky and it was hard to close it properly both from in and outside the first couple of days. When you close the door from the street side, be sure you open it with the code, turn handle to the right, push the door hard and then turn the handle to the very left. And then double check that youve closed it. I think its better to change this type of lock to something more reliable. Second of all, smell of sewage in the bathroom. Homeless person sleeping by the entrance. One tab for a washmachine would be nice

Bed was very comfortable. Well designed. Very clean.

The door lock was broken so took me about 30 minutes to get in on check-in. Then the next morning I got locked into the room, had to climb out the window to get out the flat. Found out 2 days later that the door was never locked so anyone could have come in whilst I was in there. Management tried to tell me I wasn’t closing and opening the door properly for 2 days and didn’t even come to check it. Then a random man came to the flat at 10pm, I wasn’t told he was coming, he was telling me to open the door - I am a young female travelling alone. He was sent by the management to replace the door lock. He confirmed the door lock wasn’t working at all (I had been staying there for 2 nights at this point). I didn’t feel safe here at all, especially because the flat is on a busy main road not in an apartment block. On my first day here they also had random people moving furniture across the flat into a back room for about an hour at 8pm. The oven was also broken. The Wi-Fi also didn’t work so had to buy data.

Homeless sleeping in front of the door ;( , doir is not easy to function nor looks secure .

Everything was the same as in the picture, very clean, good connection to the city

WiFi was very bad, we were in the apartment for 8 night. First 2 days internet was great, but after that it just stopped working good, we had to reset every 20 minutes and then it would work for 10 minutes and so on.

Swift reply from the host. Very supportive. However, the cleanness of the flat could improve.

A little bit dirty. Not well cleaned.

It was handicap accessible. Super clean and plenty of room.

Quite big and nicely put together, looks pretty new

We were 3 guests, but the sofa for the 3rd person was not made, there was not even given something for us to make the bed ourselves, no pillow, no linen, no cover. The water in the shower didn’t go down the drain, so it was just everywhere in the bathroom floor.
