PHThe place is large. Pool is excellent. Access to Sim Sim Hill for a small hike and views of the city.
Kitchen is not perfectly clean. There was a dirty wash cloth in the sink and the sink is also rusty. We walked to the mini mart and were stalked by a pack of wild dogs. I wouldn’t recommend small children walking around the complex. The kitchen could also use better cutlery.

SGRoom was large with good sea and forest view. Host and agent was responsive to resolve issues and provided clothes rack.
No washing machine and dryer. The description stated that dryer was provided as dryer was not provided though stated in description.

NLThe luxury is in having lots of space and a beautiful view. The furnishing is basic but I look at the price quality and that is very good. Very nice swimming pool. Note that it is closed for guests on Sunday and Monday. We had appartment on A2 13 6. The kitchen has enough equipment to prepare a simple meal for 2. We really liked that there was a toaster. There are plenty of towels, soap toilet paper. It's 3.5 km to the city, so we used a Grab taxi, which is not expensive.
The matras is really firm and I could feel the metal springs when sitting on the bed. But lying down not. So did sleep quite well
