The host was lovley very modern amenities in the room and comfy bed

The pool was been renovated so was closed but there was another pool so no massive drama

Ottima struttura in un buon complesso, comoda sia per recarsi nel centro di Corralejo che alle spiagge. Ottimo posto per rilassarsi.

Il residence é in una buona posizione di Corralejo, l’appartamento é pulito e accogliente

Abbiamo scelto l’alloggio principalmente per la presenza della piscina, indicata nell’annuncio, ma purtroppo non era disponibile durante il soggiorno e il disservizio non indicato nell’annuncio a causa di un svista del proprietrio. In una destinazione come Fuerteventura si tratta di un servizio fondamentale, la cui assenza ha inciso notevolmente sulla qualità della vacanza. Non ci è stata proposta alcuna alternativa e ci é stata offerta una misera compensazione di 85€ su 411€ di soggiorno e la gestione della segnalazione è risultata lunga e poco proattiva. Esperienza complessivamente deludente rispetto a quanto promesso.
