Ocean view, spacious bedrooms

Stove, kitchen counter top, bath tub and couches were not comfortable

The furniture and renovations are required

The unit is a bit run down and could use some updating and maintenance.

The view

There is mold all over the walls near the bathroom and rooms. The apartment has a funny smell, probably due to the mold

The location and the ocean view were perfect

The property is not well maintained. Most windows don’t close. The main bedroom balcony door is broken. I opened it once and struggled to close it and vowed never to open it again. We didn’t find a dish cloth, which made it difficult for us to wash our dishes after using them.

The location was excellent, access to the private beach was easy, security was great and friendly, the swimming pools were lovely. The managing agent was easy to deal with and friendly.

The place was very run down and old, light switches didn't work, plug points were loose, other than steak knives there was no chef/cutting knife, the main bedrooms balcony door was falling apart, the balconies sun shade was missing, the central aircon didn't work. For the price paid, the list of "we don't provide or do" is disappointing. The master bed was propperly tired

The location, the view and the private beach was amazing. It was self check in and the instructions were clear. The host responded quickly and was quite accommodating to our times.

The place has an antique vibe to it but it is extremely rusted and not at all kid friendly. The place was also a bit dirty, like old dirt, and the bedding and towels had a damp smell. I have been to beach fronts before and it was not like this. The pictures are old before all the rust. The place was also not well equipped especially for people travelling from far. Also, some things are only mentioned a week before your stay like they only give 1 toilet roll and you need to supply the rest. I honestly would not recommend this place to anyone.

View and location was amazing

The unit was poorly maintained. All the finishes like towel rails and hooks are broken. Mold on the walls, the kitchen counter is flaking and pealing and disintegrating. Balcony door is completely falling appart, all the matrasses are old and lumped and uncomfortable. It's not kid friendly, as all the windows are low and without protection wide open.
