The staff at Van Heerdern offices was super nice...I really felt welcomed. The accommodation it's self is as in the pictures. It's fully equipped,literally anything you would need it's there. You definitely feel at home. The sea view was exceptional. I loved everything about chamonix 16. I will be coming back soon
