Great location near the City center and beach. Clean room, all facilities as you can see in the picture.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was extremely clean, beautifully furnished, and exactly as described. Filippo was always available, very friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was perfectly organized and comfortable. We highly recommend this place and would definitely come back!

I was travelling to Pescara for the first time with my daughter and Carducci 83 was absolutely perfect. The location was unbeatable in a safe neighbourhood steps away from the beautiful beach and steps away from the center. The apartment was extremely clean and had everything we needed including a delicious breakfast. The host was extremely accommodating and always available to help us out. He provided us with many suggestions for great places to eat in town all of which were excellent. We strongly recommend this accommodation and look forward to returning!

The room is centrally located. Very close to shops and the beach. It is a simple yet practical room. It was very clean and the furnishings are modern and tasteful. The bathroom was a good size. The host was always in contact with us.

Not everyone is a coffee drinker...a kettle to boil hot lemon water would've been nice.

Excellent host. Filippo went over and beyond to help us. He even arranged the taxi to the airport. Great location. Clean and comfortable room.

Super clean, quiet and cozy big room in an amazing central location. Makes me feel like home! I would definitely come aigain ♡

Only the matress. I would prefer to be one matress in the double bed, because now that were two was sliding and open in the middle, so you have to sleep in one of them like it was a single bed.
