Loved the home from home feel about the place , amazing views across Benidorm, 2 bathrooms and a Hugh balcony which attracted the sun during the day ? There was everything you needed, toiletries, fresh towels , u name it it was there for you , inc dishwasher and washing machine ! To much to list well worth the money ….

I didn’t really like the location due to the very steep hill it sits at and it wouldn’t be any use to disabled people unless they would be using a mobility scooter, other than that it would be in a nice location

We stayed for 11 nights and had no fresh linen and towels in that time. When i contacted the owner he told us to use the washing machine. This is the first time we have never had a cleaner and i can assure you i have stayed in many private owned apartments. The swimming pool was closed without us knowing that. There was only 1 key for the apt.fpr up to 4 people.and you had to access this in the street outside the apartment. (Poor)There was no smoke / carbon monoxide detectors in the apartment. Is this LEGAL ? This apartment is on the 15th floor. The view from balcony was beautiful, and the apartment was comfortable and modern. You need to tell people this apartment is up a very steep hill and it is not suitable for people who have mobility problems. I look forward to your reply.

All the instructions and videos given to get in to the property was good. We went as a adult family of four. A couple and mother and daughter. We went for three nights. It was nice having our own bathrooms and privacy. I couldn’t fault the apartment at all. Everything was spotlessly clean with everything you would ever need was there. The view from the large balcony was lovely at night. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was very quite at night. We used the large shared pool whilst we were there again it was clean and a life guard was present. I would definitely stay there again.

It’s not what we didn’t like. It just needs air con in the bedroom with the single beds and some chairs to take to the pool so you can relax after a swim. Also the apartment is half way up a hill so not for people with walking difficulties.

Lovely well equipped apartment!! Balcony was big with lovely comfy furniture with a fantastic view . The owner was very responsive to any questions or concerns, and on the day you're due to arrive they send you full instructions with attached videos of everything you need to know !! When back in Benidorm, will definitely be staying here ! 👍

Everything was great. The owner was ready to help. We arrived a bit late, but he was waiting for us. Apartment without comment. Everything you need is available. The strongest impression is the magnificent view from the balcony. The beach is 5 minutes walk. For relaxation, this is what you need.

Cozy apartment with stunning sea and mountain views. Located in one of the best areas of the city of Benidorm, in a new building with elevators, five minutes walk from the sea. This area is quiet, but at the same time all entertainment is within walking distance. Near the house there is a supermarket, pharmacy and cafe. The house is located in a beautiful urbanization with a large area and swimming pools. The apartment really liked the spacious terrace with comfortable furniture, offering stunning views of Benidorm. We enjoyed. The apartment has two bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms - one with a bath, the other with a shower, as well as a living room and a kitchen. The apartment is spacious and well equipped, there is everything you need for a family holiday - dishwasher and washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, lots of dishes, glasses. The beds were comfortable to sleep on. I liked that the family bedroom has its own bathroom. The hosts are friendly and hospitable, they settled us into the apartment quickly, answered all our questions, and also kindly left water, wine and other soft drinks for us. We parked our car for free, without problems, on the street next to the house. Also on the territory of the urbanization, the owners provide indoor parking for a small fee. We will definitely stay at this apartment again on our next visit.
