The room was clean & cozy and the beds are very comfy, great location, friendly staff. Overall, it was an awesome stay..

Disappointed about no complamentary breakfast...but there are places nearby to get food..

It was in a great location in Stillwater. The price was amazing. The beds were comfortable. I guess you get what you pay for, right? We were in room 132.

Didn't mind the code entry, but the entry pad wasn't easy to use. The door jamb looked like the door had been kicked in at some point. We were a little concerned for the security because it was very hard to get the door to lock. The whole place needed a coat of paint. It looked dirty inside and outside the room, especially the bathroom door and ceiling. There was a TV mount with two colors of paint up there, and then the TV was on the furniture. The bedside lamp wouldn't stay on, it flickered the whole time we tried to use it. We had 4 adults in the room and they only left us 2 towels. It was difficult getting more towels because no one was on site at night, or early morning. They didn't answer the phone number posted. The towels that we did get were very small. Smaller than normal, hotel-issued towels. The room smelled of marijuana. Someone obviously smoked in there. There were only two, very well-used flat pillows on each bed. The bed was comfortable but we really needed more pillows. We had intended to use the hot tub, but the condition of our room wasn't promising for the cleanliness of the hot tub, so we didn't pursue that. I had an additional booking reserved for 3 weeks from now, but I've cancelled it and booked elsewhere.

Bed was supportive, nice bedding and towels.
