Terrible experience and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. There was a storm when we were there and the electricity was out. Normal. But what is not normal is that electricity was out in only 1 part of the building, so technically our room and 2 more didn't have power but the rest did. The entire first night it was coming back on and off every 20 seconds making all the appliances in the room beep therefore making it impossible to sleep. We were texting the management asking for them to switch it manually off completely until its back up and stable but they stopped responding. Tomorrow the entire day of rain but no storm, when we came back to accommodation there was still no electricity. Reception employees barely spoke any english so the answer to any question we had was "we don't know". When we called the manager to get some info we were told that it was a storm and as we can see nobody in the street has power WHICH WAS NOT TRUE but the manager didn't show up the entire day. We decided we wanted to leave the accommodation since there was no running water so we couldn't shower or flush the toilet or anything. We left and asked for a refund of the rest of the days we didn't stay there and they refused to give it. "It was a natural catastrophe, not our fault, we cannot lose our income" I guess the natural catastrophe chose to hit our room, but not the room above ours. Definitely stay away from this place It was dirty when we entered with leftover products and stuff from previous guests. We had to switch rooms after 3 days cause the one we were supposed to be in had a problem with a pool pump so they were fixing it for 3 days. And then on top - no electricity for 2 days. When we brought up the issue with booking.com they tried contacting them without success. They waited for our "stay" officially to end so they can respond to booking and decline the refund request. Vacation almost ruined.

There was a HUGE cockroach in our room. Overall, the place was quite dirty, needs a bit of renovation. I don’t think this place worth the paid money.
PLThe villa is spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you might need. I really appreciated the small table that made working remotely easy. The staff were super kind and always helpful when asked. The location is convenient — about a 7-minute bike ride to the beach and just a short walk to the nearest coffee shop. It’s also easy to find and great for deliveries. And I have to mention the adorable ginger cat and its friend — they were definitely the highlight of my stay and made the place feel very homey.
There’s no daily cleaning, and since the pool is right next to the bedroom, the floor gets messy quite quickly. It would be great if there was at least a mop in the room so guests could clean it themselves when needed. Some of the furniture and the bathroom fixtures are quite old, and a few things don’t work as smoothly as expected.

AUAUThere was a coffee shop next door and although you needed to taxi to get to other places it was a fairly quiet area.
Staff at reception had very limited English so was unable to ask questions, the shower consistently blocked, not enough towels put out in the room, as in when we arrived there was only one extra towel for the pool so we had to source another towel, then every time we allowed the cleaners in they would take all of the towels and only leave two for the shower so then we had to wait until someone was on front desk that understood enough English to source another towel. You couldn't use the basin in the bathroom as every time you did it would leak from under the cupboard.

The pool isn't private and doesn't really get any sun. Neighbours and the other villas in the complex can see your "private" pool. If you want total privacy, this isn't it. It's fully shaded most of the day. No sun on the outside area or pool.
AUFriendly staff, lovely rooms, relatively close to most areas. Enjoyed saying hello to the reception cat daily.
Couple issues with the shower not draining and water pressure, but nothing that didn’t fix itself. I’m sure the staff would have assisted if asked.
