I like the capsule room.

The whole place smelled of urine except for my room. The bathrooms were filthy. The floors were dirty, they smelled, and there were live bugs and cobwebs in the corners

Comfortable bed and nice lighting.

Didn’t like that the door was opening with a code and there was no way to lock from the inside because I was traveling alone and I didn’t know if somebody knew my password.

You all need to know more details about a facility before you put it on booking. The man refunded me my money however this place was not acceptable. You had to share a bathroom and shower room .

You had to share a bathroom and shower room not a safe place for a single female . This was not shown on you all website.

It was simple. Just a bed and TV

Only 2 restrooms both with showers they should have a Stand alone toilet. So when two people are each bath room you have a place to go.

The staff was very friendly and eager to help.

The cleanliness of the hotel could be improved, especially of the shared bathroom.
