That it was close to my family.
There were no lamps, coffee pot, nor privacy due to the gab between Florida and door. Yes the allow pets, however I wasn't sure about allowing my dog on the floor...

Location was good, attendant at counter was polite.
Run down, didn’t feel clean, no chain lock on door, no shelf in shower to put soap/shampoo/wash cloth. Bed sheets were hopefully clean but certainly not white.

The staff were friendly and the room seemed clean.
We booked a non-smoking room but it reeked of cigarette smoke. There was mold on the wall in the bathroom under the sink and behind the toilet.

Quiet and Clean modern rooms. The building was renovated recently and in great shape. The staff was nice and the morning coffee was good. Stayed on July 4th weekend and it was quiet and slept well with the family.
