The location was amazing

The communication, having to get codes on the last day was tricky. There was load shedding we weren’t aware of, when we asked about it so we can get times on when the electricity would be back nothing was communicated until electricity was back on.

Accommodation was lovely, clean and modern, there were toiletries, towels and detergents available. There were no rules regarding my fur baby so we felt at home. My dog enjoyed being able to see out, its like she had her own window seat inside the house and the balcony was a plus. Highlight of the stay was that we were allowed to check in earlier than our time so we had time to settle in.

It would have been easier if the keys were left at the concierge at the property or someone met us there to hand over the keys at check in. If the check out time would have been at 10am at least it would not have been such a rush in the morning as we still had drive to drop of the keys, we left there around 8am.

This is a self catering unit, I appreciated the air fryer in the unit and containers available to pack away left over food in the fridge which gave the place a personal touch. The bottled water was a nice touch as well as the kitchen roller towel tissues which is not always something you think of packing. The unit was clean and well presented and
