Uncomfortable lounge furniture. Rusted fan in lounge. Rotation doesn't work Aircon not working Pillows extremely old Dish towels, need upgrading. Floor mop needs replaced. Feels like you walk on waxed tiles, after the cleaning.

Bath after emptying leaks Shower in main room clogged, drainage is bad.

The email said it would be available at 9 but when we got there we had to sit in the car and wait for an hour

The drains were blocked, the dirty water kept coming into the kitchen sink , it was very gross The couches were dreadfully uncomfortable The beds and pillows were uncomfortable It was a very uncomfortable place to stay The WiFi only reaches the lounge not the main room The general phone reception was terrible we had to walk outside to make or accept calls The aircon didn’t work- it worked in other units we have stayed in there like number 61 Perissa Overall it was bad, we had such a wonderful experience before staying In Perissa and now we won’t go back

We found the bedding to be dirty and were refused a swop of towels. The drain in the main bedroom was blocked.

The Privacy, we really enjoyed the Quality Family time we were able to have on the Private Beach, the beautiful sea view from the balcony. Hole in the Wall is such a nice walk from Santorini Absolute beautiful place would highly recommend

Our experience honestly felt like camping, if I had known this, I would have brought my own things from home to feel more comfortable. You have to take your own toilet paper, dish cloths, cleaning cloths and dish soap. It was extremely hot and stuffy inside. Only 1 small box fan was provided for the entire 3 bedroom flat. The pillows on the beds were not comfortable at all and some had mould on them. The main bedroom had a mouldy smell as well. Only 1 deck chair was provided on the verandah and it was broken. Only 1 small candle is provided for the entire unit for when there is load shedding. For the price you pay, it is really not worth it.

The view, and THATS IT. The agency (Candice) was lovely, but sadly I think the agency did all they can with the most horrible unit in all our travels. This is the first time I have ever given a bad rating. We are grateful that we were allowed a bag drop off for early check in.

This place should be removed from Booking.com. The most Horrible stay we have had at Santorini - we are regular visitors. There was: 1) No bottle opener so could only enjoy some wine on day 3 when we were brought one eventually, 2) 6 mismatched pep store glasses (thats it in total) , 3) No food storage containers 4) Mould on pillows, 4) Pot Drawers Jammed, like broken Jammed 5) Every single plate was chipped, 6) No hanging rail in mouldy smelling 1st bedroom, 7) No emergency lighting during a power outage (I was told its up to the owner to provide this) 6) 8) Cheapest and Nastiest Mr Price/Pep stores pillows with no pillow covers only pillow case. 9) Broken tumble dryer (They did come to fix this on day 2 of our stay 10) Collapsed in Couch, the most uncomfortable thing you would be on in your life. We eventually took couch scatters to try and sit on the collapsed couch. 11) 1 deck chair, highly unpractical for a family visiting 12) The awning facing the ocean is broken. Cant be used so be ready to bake rather than sit at a table watching the seaside. 13) Not the unit's fault, but be aware that this is at the furthest point in the estate. Its so far to walk we ended up calling uber to get to Thompsons bay and back to the unit. Its not an easy walk at all. The private beach is rocky, so not suitable for swimming This place is as soul less as they come. Pretty view. Thats it. Do not expect anything welcoming, anything that makes you feel you are breaking away for a holiday. Its bare basics, BARE. Like camping with a view. Making matters worse after making your booking you will be advised that you need to bring your own dish soap, own toilet paper and dish cloths. How generous of them to provide 2 rolls of single ply nasty nasty stuff on arrival. No "start up" sugar, salt, pepper, coffee/tea like other units.... Wow, at R1600 a night. Again - we have been to Santorini enough to know what the average expectations should be.

We loved the beach view, the house keeping was extremely friendly and helpful, great service, the guards were always there and we felt safe

No complaints, will definitely be back

Loved the location and the Estate. It's right by the beach and the private beach was a definite bonus. The sea view was incredible.

The unit had no air-con. The furniture is uncomfortable. No block out curtains in 2 rooms. The tumble dryer not working. Having to call the booking agency for an access code into the gate for checkers 60 60 or Mr D Food to deliver or my Uber driver for pick up was really an inconvenience
