Abbastanza accessibile per persone con mobilità ridotta (condominio accessibile anche per sedia a rotelle ma la camera no) Pulizia più che positiva. Rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Le tapparelle erano bloccate per un guasto rendendo impossibile regolare la loro altezza e di conseguenza la luce proveniente dall'esterno. I dispositivi forniti per raffrescare l'ambiente sembravano lasciare un po' a desiderare, per fortuna non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno.

Habitación muy cómoda, limpia y espaciosa, la ubicación es muy buena.

Podría estar mejor equipado para hacer desayunos, algunos cubiertos o un microondas. Esto no es tan negativo pero vinieron a limpiar después de la primera noche y no nos habían avisado, nos quedamos muy sorprendidas cuando llegamos.

The checking in was the worse experience. They kept reminding that the checkin time is 2-8pm. Outside that time range you have to pay 20 euros. The check-in was just online paying 5 euros city tax but no physical checkin. This is just a trap that costs customers 20 euros more.

The check-in process was extremely troublesome: there was an issue with the link provided by the landlord. She said "check-in can also be done in person", but when we arrived on time and called her, we were informed that she was not at the inn and asked to go to a faraway place to check in. We took great trouble to get three keys from her there. However, the room signs were confusing, like a maze, and we had to call her multiple times and send photos before we could get into the room.

Nous n'avons été "accueilli" par personne! Quelqu'un a ouvert la porte d'entrée à distance et nous a expliqué comment nous devions faire pour accéder à la chambre. "L'hôtel" qui n'est en fait rien d'autre qu'une chambre dans un appartement, est commun. La même salle de bain pour tout le monde et surtout des gens qui rentrent et qui sortent durant toute la nuit. 23h 00h 2h30 4h30 et encore devant la porte à 7h00 du matin sans compter les jeunes bourrés qui rentrent en ayant oublié leur clé et qui sonne à l'interphone. Aucun respect les uns des autres, les murs sont aussi épais qu'une feuille de papier, aucun employé sur place pour structurer l'ensemble. Très déçus et vraiment à fuir!
