The staff and facilities are extremely warm and welcoming! The staff is always available to answer any questions and handle any needs you may have!

There was no breakfast

The tub. Had bad cracks in it look like the bottom was going to fall out. The shower look like it had lots of water build up and never cleaned. The tolet seat was loose and coming off and the tank lid was not the right one anb oversized. Dogs barking and howled all.night upstairs and scratching on door .

Nothing

It was not cleaned, we couldn’t get into our room, asked the lady for our code and never received it, so we cousins lock our door. We ended up having to leave and go somewhere else .

I liked nothing about the property.

There was no staff. It was booked as OSU apartments at $189 a night and it was a cheap $50 a night motel. I will never book through your agency again.
