Location is excellent. House is cosy and host is very responsive and helpful

Lack of cupboard space, some cleanliness issues. Tv Netflix etc didn’t work for the first few days and neighbours were noisy due to 2 dogs.

The property is situated in an excellent development with gym, swimming pool, and other activities tennis, archery etc. Beach only 2/ins away and in walking distance to Filey along a beautiful beach. Scarborough and Bridlington on shirt car rides away. The property well positioned with all the amenities you require along with a cupboard full of games for all the family.

Bedrooms a little small and the travel cot far too big for the bedroom and baby. Not alot of storage for clothes. Hooks in hall would help for Ciara, although not needed on this visit with stunning sunshine every day.
