Something went terribly wrong. Payments was made 3 days before check-in. I received a receipt of my payment, however there was no email for the instructions to get the code to enter the building. I called the number numerous times, but no one answered. After a very long flight of 14 hours, 4 hours layover plus an hour delay, we were exhausted. I called the number numerous times, but no one answered. By 11 PM, we decided to check-in in a nearby Hotel. We want our money back, or leave us no recourse but file a dispute with my Credit Card Company

It was clean, and the instructions on how to find the keys with a photo were helpful.

Watch out for the door handles!!! The bedrooms are so small that it had no space to open our suitcases. All the door handles are too square and pointy, and because the rooms were small, we couldn't avoid touching the handles and got scratched by them, one in the arm and another friend at the back.

Big, clean, comfortable and so convenient to the ferry!

I booked a flat with terrasse. No terrasse. We had to call and , not bad, we moved to another one. 3 TV One working only in one bedroom . No bed sheet, no blanket in the 2 bedrooms. No more answer on the phone at 9pm. I wrote a mail Sleeping in our clothes. And no excuse coming.

We like the location, easy to get around. Suites are very nice, modern and comfortable.

Problems connecting to wifi.

Emplacement juste à côté du départ des ferries pour les îles. Appartement spacieux et propre, 2 salles de bains. Calme.

La porte d'une des 2 douches ne fermait pas bien.

Very spacious and comfortable for two couples. Location was good and easy to get around. Appreciated having a washing machine.

We arrived at night, didn't have wifi and luckily the taxi driver was able to assist us to find the lock box and key. Then we had to get on our knees to unlock the door, all in the dark! It is hard to receive the landlord's messages when traveling because we don't all have wifi, maybe if the message had been sent the day before while we still had wifi it would have been less frustrating, I had tried to get that info from them so we were prepared but didn't get it soon enough.
