The location is fantastic in terms of the view and proximity to beach, shops and local transport. The unit is adequately equipped and the balcony enjoys privacy from neighbors. If you are simply looking for a roof over your head with a great view and not particular with regards to decor, quality of furniture and overall appearance, then this place is perfect.

The unit is run down (stained carpets, some appliances not working properly, broken toilet seat, extension cord lead light serving as bedside light, etc.) and in comparison to other units in the same complex at the same price, it's not up to par. The owner should consider investing in updating the property.

Clive met us in the parking lot when we arrived and showed us where to park, the follow up and checking on our stay was great. Location was perfect, close walking distance to restaurants, shops and Sea. Views from the apartment was stunning.

Furniture in bedrooms needs a little updating but views made up for it and we were very comfortable. The bathrooms and kitchen was newly updated and the shower was great.

Location was beautiful. Apartment was comfortable, clean, and spacious. Many restaurants and grocery stores nearby within walking distance. Safe, onsite parking included. Load shedding lights were provided as well as backup power for wifi router during power outages. Beautiful view of Table Mountain and the beach. Staff was amazing and very accommodating. Highly recommend this place. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Cape Town.

The view is amazing and it is very spacious.

We booked this unit for the braai and washing machine as we have a toddler. We could not use the braai because there was no gas, the bottle was refilled the day before we checked out and the washing machine couldn't be used because the entire shelf underneath it collapsed. We chose a more expensive unit because of our needs and ended up disappointed. This unit has so much potential if it is taken care of.
