Die Wohnung entspricht genau den Fotos. Sie ist modern eingerichtet und sauber. Die Betten in den beiden Schlafzimmern (Einzelbett bzw. Doppelbett) sind sehr bequem. Der Blick vom Balkon zum Parlament ist - besonders bei Nacht - wunderbar. Vom gegenüberliegenden Haus kann niemand auf den Balkon schauen, da die Wohnung in der 3. Etage ist. Ein Aufzug ist vorhanden. Die Küche ist klein - verfügt aber über alles, was man benötigt (auch Geschirrspüler). Das WC ist separat in einem sehr kleinen Raum. Das Bad hingegen ist groß genug und verfügt über eine Badewanne. Die Lage ist gut. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel - Tram. Metro und Bahnhof "Deli" - kann man gut zu Fuß erreichen. Supermärkte, Bäcker und Einkaufscenter Mammut ebenfalls zu Fuß.

Die Wohnung liegt auf einem "hill" = Hügel, der für uns kein Problem war, aber möglicherweise für ältere Leute beschwerlich ist.

The apartment and the location could not be beaten. Within walking five minutes distance of the 4/6 tram and one stop from the Metro. Add the local parks and gardens plus the eating/drinking district near Szell Kerman and I'll definitely be returning 😊

The check in process was very easy, the apartment was spacious, well equipped and well decorated. The best part by far though was the incredible views of Budapest from the balcony, we loved our stay at rose hill 4 and will definitely stay again in the future!

Feels very homely.

Chairs on the balcony are oversized for the space, though they are comfy.

Good location, nice-looking area far from heavy traffic but very close to major public transport routes. A lot of restaurants and a big mall all within walking distance. The apartment is well-equipped, nicely furnished, and suitable for remote work and longer stays. Loved the retro elevator :) and the view from the balcony is just as nice as in the pictures.

There are a few inconveniences stemming from the fact that at the end of the day this is still an old apartment complex: - Soundproofing to the street is really poor, which is not an issue for the most part as the street is quiet, but when the garbage is taken away in the morning, the noise would make you think the garbage truck is in the living room - Flushing the toilet is pretty noisy as well - The smell in the apartment is not the most pleasant either, we got an extra air freshener which helped a bit here

The quiet location in a lovely area. Fantastic balcony view. Well equipped apartment for the size. Beds very comfortable.

Toilet room was very small so your knees touch the door.

The apartment was incredibly clean and had plenty of room for two people to relax. The view from the balcony is great too. The host sent directions to check in well in advance and also has a very useful guide for the apartment and surrounding area.
