The bed was comfortable

The fact that my unit was changed without any notice. I had to contact host after being denied entry to my assigned unit, only to watch seconds later, another party enter the unit. Numerous texts later, I finally discover my unit was changed to a completely different building, necessitating carrying everything back to my vehicle and driving around the property to find the unit. Very unprofessional and VERY disappointed with the total lack of respect for the customer by not communicating the change. Also, there was no coffee maker available, even though coffee was! I requested compensation for this inconvenience and for management to contact me for an explanation. I have yet to hear from them.

The room wasn't cleaned properly, felt dirty and not stocked with toilet paper upon arrival.

The space of the unit was perfect.

Customer service is absolutely horrible. Booked into incorrect room. Then booked to another room that was absolutely disgusting. Cat urine smell, cat hair and food everywhere. Holes in doors and walls. Safety lock latch broken. Broken lamps in room. Pull out bed not cleaned or even checked. Room wasn’t considered to be completely “cleaned” until 7:22 pm! I’d been waiting for a room since 4pm check in! Room still was not clean, and they had two individuals cleaning the room. Reported several issues. Was informed several times someone will reach out to me about issues, no call from anyone! I have several videos and text messages to support all of the issues I had. Spent over $350 for one night and this was the service I received! Never again and I will be disputing all charges with credit card company and BBB! Complete scam of a property!

The apartment was clean, very spacious. Great internet. Updated appliances. Good water pressure and hot water. Quiet. Security guard patrolling. Convenient location. Several eating places in walking distance (though mostly fast food).

Only 2 bath towels were provided for 5 people. Kitchen supplies were sparse, as if placed some time ago and not replaced if broken/disappeared. Would not have cut it if we were there for more than a night. $5 "Ebay from China" coffee maker didn't work.

The mattress was heavenly, the rooms were clean, and the place was quiet.

The front desk left a digit out of our key code so I had to call to get the correct information. There was only one chair despite photos showing several chairs at the kitchen bar, the dishwasher leaked, there were no batteries in one of the TV remotes, and the office was closed at 10 a.m. when we checked out. I had to call the office to get someone to let me in so I could check out. Also, someone needs to tell housekeeping that sheets go under the blankets, not on top!
