I will be short! If you want to visit this dirty, ugly place and pay for it the same amount of money or even more than for luxury apartment, this is the right place for you. But, in fact, this dirty apartment, which is actually still under construction and is not equiped even with some basic necessities I would not recommend even to my greatest enemy!
