Location was perfect The room was very clean

The bed was a bit soft for my liking

The location was great but the room was so small but advertised as a Queen Room.I booked the room because it said it was a Queen, well it was not a Queen room, it was small but made up to imitate what a Queen room could look like. It had a double bed and a single bed. It would probably be better if the single bed was taken out - it would give it a bit more room as the room was definitely small and congested. It definitely is not worth the $228 that was paid for it for one night. It probably would be worth $86. The shower was small and the door was a spring plastic door that flies out when it is unlatched.

I liked meeting the people in the dining room in the morning. It was lovely to talk to strangers that were friendly.

Staff all very friendly and helpful and explained the facilities really well. I thought the facilities were well kept and very clean. I loved that you could either make a coffee in your room or enjoy the communal feel.

The people next door had kids who at times were a little loud and banged on the walls. However, I am a mum, and although they didn't really annoy me, they may have annoyed others.

Love how it is close to everything in Town.

It was very noisy as I could not sleep well. The bed was too low and soft for me. I had sore back. But lovely.

Central location

We were under the assumption we had booked an apartment with two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. We had two rooms, one had a bathroom and one did not. There was a connecting door. This is NOT a two bedroom apartment. Completely unacceptable.
