"Good Value Stop"

Room was of a good size & comfortable. Community kitchen avail. Items for a simple but adequate breakfast were free for guests. Good location, easy walk to shops, supermarket, restaurants & takeaway stores.

Room was tidy and great communal kitchen space with tea coffee and breakfast supplies a welcome extra. Beds were comfy and warm

Heatpump in our room was very very loud and so couldn't have it on and when I went to shower in the morning, despite waiting quite a few minutes, there was no hot water.

Great staff

Smoking rules on balcony. With 2 guest room windows open during the night due to humidity both guests were disturbed by the smell of cigarette smoke drifting into the rooms. Happened 2 nights out of 3. Not pleasant when you suffer asthma symptoms. Perhaps smoking permitted outside under cover of the balcony.
