GBThe flat was in a great location near the market. We found a car park which wasn't too expensive overnight, and we walked everywhere in the city. The flat was well furnished and comfortable.
We had some issues collecting the keys from the lockbox, as the instructions directed us to the wrong key safe. Luckily, a resident of the flats was able to help us (the flat number was very hard to read on the lockbox, and was not in the position we were told. But all well after a few minutes. There weren't any dishwasher tablets, or even a couple of coffee pods for the machine. There were a few comments in the visitor book, which had been written by previous guest, which had not been acted on.

PLThe location and the flat was excellent.
The instruction to safety box with the key was wrong.
CAIt is spacious, modern and the location is perfect.
No toilet paper, the pull out bed which we needed had a dirty sheet on it, there was no dish cloth. We needed help with one of the blinds but no one ever came despite us calling. We were there for a week so that was a bother.
GBEasy to access the property once you find out which key lock the actual keys are stored in! More info would have been nice! The location is fantastic, right next to the old market place and the property is generally well equipped with most of the things you need for the stay. The property is very spacious. Quiet at night during our stay. Large fridge-freezer, washing machine and dishwasher all very nice.
There was broken glass on the floor in various points on our arrival. We were met with a very strong, unpleasant drain smell upon entering the property. I discovered it was coming from the bath drain in the large bathroom (ie. the en-suite bathroom without a shower). I left the taps running for several hours and eventually the smell subsided. I think it was because the bath is never used in that bathroom in the absence of a shower. Very surprised that house-keeping has not picked-up on this matter and flushed out the drain on a regular basis!! The en-suite bathroom really needs a shower installing to make it fully useable. The only shower is in the smaller bathroom in the hallway. The latest check-out time is 1000 - it would be nicer it this was an hour later.
GBThe only thing was the Key Safe Box on the wall outside of the property. This was incredibly difficult to undo, it needs urgent attention as this is important and is the last thing you need upon arrival.
MYLocation is great. Close to all the restaurants, cafes, fast food chains, convenience stores like Tesco Express, HSBC bank and it is located right in front of a market selling fresh vegetables, fruits, meats and also lots of small eateries. The place is modern and spacious featuring a large dining table and living room. The kitchen is also very well equipped and Wifi is excellent.
It will be easier for guest to locate the Entrance and key box if the Host can post pictures in the check in guideline. Shower area could be improved by installing a shower head in the en-suite bathroom and also providing some shower gel and shampoo. Perhaps check out time can be extended to a bit later instead of 10am.
