Schöner Caravan, gute Lage, sehr sauber

Da wir keine Nachricht vom Vermieter vor dem Check in erhalten haben, dachten wir dass der Schlüssel bei der Rezeption hinterlegt wurde. So war es leider nicht!:-( Der Vermieter war 90 Minuten nicht erreichbar. Und als er antwortete beschwerte er sich so viele Nachrichten von uns erhalten zu haben, anstatt sich zu entschuldigen! Übrigens ein Toilettenpapier war auch nicht vorhanden obwohl es in der Beschreibung angegeben war!

Clean, comfortable beds , good facilities and nice site and location.

Could not get the tv to work at all, just a few suggestions would be a light in vanity unit in main bedroom , washing up liquid and dishcloth I thought would have been included and a sweeping brush but that’s just being picky , it was really lovely clean and comfortable, we would come back and recommend to others x

A very spacious, clean and tidy 3 bedroom caravan. Well stocked kitchen with pans, pots, plates etc. Good facilities. Great location for exploring Cornwall. Great family bar with food and arcade for kids.

Good size, clean, nice decorative touches like shark toys on kids beds. Nice and warm with heating on and additional gas fire. Great for dog owners with dog crate and dog blankets provided. Parking right next to caravan.

It took us 45 minutes in the dark to locate the caravan, no specific directions in email and poorly signposted by the site. Numbers don’t follow on as expected and no additional signage once you’ve turned off at the fork. Don’t know if we’d been given a map but f we turned up in daylight hours when reception was open. Could do with a little path from parking space to the door as with the heavy rain it got very muddy and I fell over on the slippery grass. Instructions for TV and heating would be good too.

It’s was spotless. Beds were comfortable. WiFi was excellent and had strong signals. They were hundreds of channels from Sky dish. Heating and water pressure were great

Local store Nisa was closed, as our caravan belong to a private owner so bay resort was charging money for kids swimming. It’s free swimming for customers who directly book from them .
