The linens are clean. The location is good.

Showerhead needs to be replaced. Seems like only 25% of the water holes of the showerhead is working. I had to use the bidet to rinse my hair when I took a bath. The AC went off 3 times while we were sleeping, we had to wait for like 10-30 mins to switch it back on so we didn’t really have a good sleep. We were all sweating in the middle of the night. I had to make about 20 phone calls and multiple messages to the owner and staff just to know the check in process. Most of the time, they were not responding. We waited more than 15 mins at the lobby because we didnt know how to check in (i’d been trying to contact them regarding the check in process about 3-4 hrs prior our arrival but only got the response more than 15 after we arrived). I wouldnt recommend this airbnb at all.
