A newly renovated and spacious apartment, with everything one may need for a comfortable stay. Within walking distance from all major attractions, yet located on a quite street with no traffic. We were very happy we have found this place.

The host Mrs Rosa provided a warm welcome as well as collecting us from the station. The kitchen was stocked with baked goods and warm drinks for breakfast. She took her time showing us around and gave some travel tips. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay.

Rosa is very kind and hospitable. the apartment is very clean. everything was wonderful. the location is in a convenient place. the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. there is convenient transportation. I recommend!

Hello, I would like to write this review without leaving anything out, but I'm sure there will be gaps. We visited Bari Italy as a family - me, my wife and the almost 6-year-old child. We arrived at Bari train station from the airport with shuttle. Mrs. Rosa met us with her car extremely smiling and positively charged. After we boarded, he offered to give us a tour to introduce us to the city. It was extremely nice and pleasant for us. After the tour she took us to the apartment. Exceptional cleanliness, everything is where it should be. Extremely clean, everything is where it should be. Mrs. Rosa had really taken care of everything in detail - really everything!!! The fridge was stocked with lots of things - water, several types of milk, cakes, bread, pancakes, liquid chocolate, juice and much more. He also welcomed us with the famous Italian focaccia from the nearby bakery (3 minutes from the apartment). There is a large grocery store very close by, which we did not have to use. The place is extremely communicative and is a 5-minute walk from the center, approx. 15 minutes from Bari centrale on foot. We rate Mrs. Rosa's apartment just over 5 stars. There is simply everything you need in the property, which can satisfy even the most capricious guest!!! The towels and sheets smelled great. I'll just say that there were also nail files, slippers really everything! The coffee machine is equipped with 3 types of coffee and 3 types of milk with different flavors. I missed the croissants and sweets that were left by Mrs. Rosa. Unique apartment in a top location! The sea is visible from the terrace. There are cafeterias, restaurants, everything nearby. We stayed 3 nights in the apartment, and upon leaving, Rosa offered to drive us to the central station, but we enjoyed walking around before the flight to Bulgaria. The apartment door opens with a code and there is a camera outside the property facing the front door for added security.

None!!! All was perfect!!! The apartment is small over 5 stars we rate!!!
