‘The Loft’ - Apartment by the sea

We had a lovely relaxing few days away here, which was needed in the midst of the stress of buying a house! The apartment was beautifully decorated, spotless, and a great size! It had everything you needed and more. The location was within a few minutes' walk into the town of Combe martin and a short drive to Ilfracombe and other towns/attractions. The hosts provided us with detailed information and recommendations prior to our stay, which were really useful, we would definitely come back here to stay again! Thank you :)

We really couldn't fault this place! The only suggestion I would have to improve would be to include a small bin in the bathroom, if i was to be picky.

The property is a beautifully decorated modern Appartament being in a perfect location just a short walk to Newbury beach.

It was very clean and exactly as described, the hosts were very welcoming and attentive.

Everything! Spacious, clean, bright had all the facilities we needed. The coffee bags were a hit!

The apartment was very clean, modern, and well presented. The apartment was bright, and spacious - more so than we'd imagined, and the kitchen well prepared. The complimentary coffee, chocolates, etc, were also a nice touch. The location is very good, just a very short walk into town, and minutes from the beach. Communication was also amazing, with very thoughtful instructions and information from pre-arrival (for directions, parking) and within the apartment itself in terms of the facilities, and local information.

Parking might be slightly tight, but no real problem once used to it, even with having quite a long car.
