No4 St Ives

The owners are the loveliest people, we felt so welcome and comfortable here, we will definitely be coming back

The room was clean and spacious, Sue and Mike were very welcoming and the breakfasts were excellent

The room was not serviced at all during our 3 night stay and we had to complete a form to request any supplies for our room. This was an unexpected, unnecessary and unwelcome echo of the lockdown era - especially in view of the price paid for the room.

Great location, accommodation, and service .

Cute B&B with a very homely feel. Mike and Sue are very welcoming making the stay enjoyable. Option to bring in takeaway as there is a shared living room on the front which was nice. Breakfast was not fancy but delicious, Mike's mushrooms were dreamy! Good spot too, just out of the main town so nice and peaceful.

Wasn't a huge fan of the pillows on the bed as we find the feather ones too soft but nothing else I could fault. Great place to stay

Mike and Sue were wonderful hosts and were very helpful and informative about St Ives and neighbouring towns and villages. Our room had wonderful sea views.

Exceptional welcome from Sue and Mike. Lots of valuable information about the area. They really wanted me to have a good time. Breakfast was excellent. Couldn't fault it. The house is immaculate and nicely decorated in a sympathetically modern style so not too stark and some nice old furniture to add character. Guest lounge is inspired do if you wanted you could have takeaways without eating in your room. Situated on hill. Walk in is lovely, walk out is a pull, but the no 2 bus is very obliging and drops you off right outside if you ask. Taxis are also plentiful if you don't want to walk. Extra bonus is outside shower for swimmers. Bedroom had everything you need. Bed was very comfy as were pillows. Towels big and fluffy. Heating at touch of radiator. Very quiet.

Sue and Mike were very welcoming, beautiful house with sea views, 5 mins from town. would highly recommend and will definitely book again.
