Excellent property, very good location, very clean and nice! Host is excellent she was waiting us on our arrival to meet and greet, she gave us an overview of the local attractions and places around and she was in constant contact with us entire our stay giving us information, help and advise! We had a feeling like we are at home with our family!

The house was comfortable and clean. Our bed was huge! We were able to put on the air-conditioning when it got hot so were able to sleep at night. The views from the veranda were lovely. Sitting on the garden seat and looking out over Agia Pelagia Bay in the morning with a cup of coffee or in the evening with a glass of wine were definitely memorable. The facilities were good, with all requirements met. Our hosts were very welcoming and left us with food and wine for our first night which was lovely as we arrived late and could not shop beforehand. The manager checked in with us the day after our arrival to ensure we had everything we needed.

One bedroom didn't have air-conditioning, so one of our daughters moved to share with her sister so she could sleep. This probably only applies for Northern Europeans used to cooler climates who insist on visiting Crete at the hottest time of the year! This can easily be rectified and indeed we discussed this with the owner already. It was only a minor issue and in no way impacted our enjoyment of the holiday or the house. .

The villa was very pleasant and spotlessly clean. The rooms were spacious and there was air-conditioning. We enjoyed sitting in the well established garden - the breeze, sea view and dappled shade from the trees. There are fruit trees and vegetables growing. The fresh tomatoes were delicious. It is a 10 minute walk to the beach with longer on the way back as it is uphill. However, you can drive down as there is car parking in Agia Pelagia. You get the feel of the countryside and views from higher up. Agia Pelagia was the best nearby beach as the water was so clear. Thank you for a most enjoyable stay.

Very nice, cozy, and clean fresh renovated house with well decoration, good furniture with antique details. Well equipped kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms with high-hotel class mattresses and bedlinen. Lovely, beautiful garden with trees, flowers, and vegetables, which you can use for eating . And the sofa in the garden is absolutely beautiful for rest and watching sunset. Personal touch and care from manager and owner. It's a really dream villa in one of the most beautiful village of Crete with adorable beach
