GBWas more than expected clean peaceful and surrounded by pure beauty would recommend to anyone and would definitely go again but this time for a longer stay
The chip shop opposite tesco in the main town tasted great but did nothing but repeat all night and most of the next day id skip it

GBThe location was great to enable us to catch a early morning ferry
We turned up to find the caravan in darkness, the electrics having tripped. A quick phone call to the owners guided us to the fuse box and allowed us to switch the electrics back on. Unfortunately, the same couldn’t be said for the heating. We were unable to get it working and the caravan was absolutely Baltic. There is a small heater in the lounge area so we ended up sleeping on the sofa in the lounge in an attempt to stay warm. We didn’t dare use the shower facilities as the bathroom was so cold. All in all not a comfortable night at all
GBLocation was brilliant for our onward ferry trip the next morning. Very comfortable.
Linen though clean, some had hairs on it
GBWe needed a place to crash after a family wedding but it was beyond our expectations. Perfect family friendly caravan in an easily accessible location. Couldn't ask for more really

GBLovely place, was spotless, very welcoming and very well equipped. Wee Christmas tree, candles and decorations. Just couldn’t fault the place at all. Felt like a home from home, dogs fell asleep in front of the fire. Only there one night sadly but felt had been away for days! Thank you so much! Would love to come back again to no 47!

GBExcellent caravan, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We stayed during storm bram and felt very safe and comfortable. The owner was brilliant in communication and helped us to get a taxi to the ferry. Would highly recommend.
We didn't have a private car and you need one to stay on the site. Our friend drove us so we were OK and had a lovely chippy in Stranraer.
