Dirty: •mattress/bedding was dirty and stained. •dirty/ grimy bathroom floor and ceiling had mold spots. •dusty house, lots of dust isn’t cleaned properly. •couch is very old worn out to the max and one recliner is even broken, was also dusty and the pleather is peeling off every where. •Everything in the house is pretty much very worn out and seems very dirty, stained and it needs new furniture and thorough cleaning renovation. My allergies were really bothering me in that apartment it caused my eyes and skin to itch uncomfortably that we left a day earlier and were unhappy with our choice of stay. False advertising And there’s also a door in one of the rooms that leads to the other apartment unit downstairs which is kind of weird and a safety issue if you have kids with you. For the owner who makes money off these rentals the basic thing that the rooms need is new mattresses and bedding and clean curtains PLEASE for future vacationers.

Location and respond to concerns

All bedding linens was not change and have hair a stain most of the kitchen appliances was dirty. Sofas was dirty and ripped apart. Look the the property management don’t check the unit before customers check in. We have to get our sleeping bag put on the bed for the 1st night onto the sent a clean crew on next day

Cleanliness and flexibility to accommodate early check in and late check out

Utensils are super limited hardly few and their is scratches in non stick pans really unsafe to cook. One room has a connectivity to basement we felt very unsafe. If that’s completely locked it would have been much better.

It’s very well maintained and decorated in a quiet neighborhood and easy for parking.

The bed aren’t the most comfortable ones but for one or two nights it is okay.
