Het uitzicht op de boulevard en de zee. Vooral de boulevard omdat daar precies start/finish was van de halve marathon van Egmond. M'n vrouw kon vanuit het appartement mij zien starten en finishen, ze hoefde niet in de ijzige kou te staan. En ik was na de finish binnen 5 minuten terug in 't appartement, dus top!

Het enige wat tegen viel was de ietwat kleine garage. Auto kon er net in, moest echt met z'n tweeën omdat ik m'n spiegels in moest klappen. Buiten in en uitladen maar dat vond ik op zich niet erg. Auto verder niet gebruikt dus dat is op zich al positief.
