USGood location. Low price. Great quality window panes. There was some remodeling done and that improved the feel of the house.
Cleanliness was selective. The bed, bathtub, toilet, and sink were clean. The carpets were dirty, the chairs had old stains and were dirty, empty bottles of soap and hair was left in the bidet. Clutter in some closets. The showerhead had to be held in one hand during the shower. Communication was poor.
ROROsmall items, such as missing lightbulbs, worn-off couch. all these could be solved w a little extra maintenance
