Very good property with all facilities were able to cook the food of our choice

The house was clean with basic amenities but we couldn't use anything and we had to cancel and get away because the electricity and no promising solution was offered.

We had one of the worst experiences tbh, never had to cancel after checking in before. We checked in and the electricity went out for 2 hours and they kept arguing. The owner was not even acknowledging that there is this issue just kept saying it'll be back in 10 mins and that it hasn't happened before this and that. We understand that this was not something that was intended, but we had a long journey overnight and this was unacceptable, when we said we need to cancel as we had 2 people over 60 years and a 1 year old baby it was very hot, so we had asked for moving out and the owner just started arguing. After we started making a video did he agree to cancel and let us go. I would like for booking.com to address this issue because they have turned off the Google reviews and I feel that people should be informed beforehand that there is no electricity backup and the electricity goes frequently.

The Owner is very rude in their behaviour towards guests. This made our overall stay uncomfortable despite other aspects being fine.

Property is located at a remote place, 20min away from city. Owner rude and unwelcoming. Not sure why the property is given for homestay when there is no hospitality. Somehow managed a night.
