"Was OK. Toilet lid was broken which we told them about and they still tried to charge us for it."

toilet lid was broken which we told them about and they still tried to charge us for it. the extension leads were extended dangerously and the top floor window doesnt shut tight so when it rained water came through and the bed was wet
