It was a good time, i checked out late, and they didn't have a problem

People came in, to check something when we were there inside, some cockroaches aswell were there

The location, while central to most things isn't the safest area at night. There was no dish soap, in spite of it being a serviced apartment. In my room, the cupboard covered the window which meant 0 ventilation. Under the kitchen counter was also quite filthy. There was no guard on the faucet either, so the water pressure was too high, making it splash everywhere. Not sure if it was because of the construction, but there was a huge step to enter the bathroom making it quite dangerous.

Levels of cleaning not acceptable. Found many mosquito. No Tea, coffee, sugar and pot to make (The attender said I have ve to out to get myself all these items). After the intervention of his higher ups items landed. Microwave was filthy. Every identifiable item is full of dust including drying tray. Attender didn't even open the door not help me with my luggage (I am 72 years aged)

The property is value for money. But , there are a few problems . 1.cockroaches are there 2. There were just 3 towels, no help from caretaker for anything

Neat and clean

Facilities were not provided even we informed them 30 minutes before arrival. Care taker attitude not good.
