Quiet Central Suite Near Mailbox, King Bed, Ping Pong, Netflix

Sadly nothing. Even the location isn’t great

Sick in the hallway as you walk in the main door. Various apartments have evictions notices on the doors including the one directly opposite the flat. The oven didn’t work. The vendor of the property didn’t hardly respond. The second bed was broken and tiny. Stains all over the carpets. The duvet looked like it had already been used. The. Couldn’t find a mattress cover, was told to look in the cleaners cupboard for one!? The chairs on the dining room table were all loose and dangerous to sleep on. The table tennis table is completely flimsy. The lack of cleanliness and ability to respond is astounding. DON’T STAY HERE

The location was great, only a few minutes walk to The Mailbox and 15 minutes to New Street railway station. Loved having a bath and the table tennis table. The balcony was lovely. Clearly had a slight refurb of small areas such as the bath seal and shower curtain in the bathroom. The kitchen had enough sponges and washing up liquid and there were tea towels too. Gaining access to the building was smooth and it has a lift.

The carpets and bed covers were stained, the photos give false information. E.g. there is only one plastic wine glass, only enough cutlery for two people, no deck of cards, no working clock, the heater in the living room does not work, towels left were for only one person not two (we managed to dig some questionable looking screwed up towels out of a cupboard), the entrance hall to the building houses an extremely potent smell of cat pee! Sitting for any long period on the sofa (which can be turned into a sofa bed) is excruciating. There weren't any of those lovely snacks shown in the pics either. The towel in the bathroom was a tea towel.

Location was great, size of the apartment was great too

Sofabed really uncomfortable, the heating didn't work for the most part either so it was freezing for the weekend I was there
