Pet-Friendly Bay View Home w/ Screened Pool Near Lighthouse

Very large with an excellent floorplan. The saltwater pool was an added bonus. Sunsets were beautiful. Kitchen was very functional. Extremely quiet.

Unfortunately the cleaning crew and maintenance crew need to be fired. Kitchen grease on appliances. Broken shelves. Many refrigerator shelves are broken. Dishwasher missing rack roller wheels. Fan and light in great room not working. Missing remote controls in basement. Hot water was scalding and a safety hazard. Many window shades broken. This could be a fantastic property if cleaned and maintained properly.

Great location, loved the screened in pool, enjoyed the ping pong table, and all the outdoor furniture options.

Many of the dishes were not clean in the cabinets, blanket in closet wasn’t clean, and bed wasn’t the most comfortable

Not enough toliet paper and no towels for the pool. Dirty utensils in kitchen drawers and freezer was partially frozen shut

Location was great- lovely view of the bay in a quiet neighborhood but not too far from beach. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Really enjoyed the flow of the outdoor spaces to enjoy like the wrap around deck, fenced yard, pool area, especially that it was safe and secure for the dog. Kids enjoyed the game room. We loved watching the sunset from the bay window of the dining area. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. The digital guide was extremely helpful and detailed.

It was too chilly to use the pool. The knobs on the stove not being labeled made it a bit challenging to cook. Would have liked one more trash bag and another dish towel.
