USBeautiful view, House very nice decor, windows maximized views from inside, fireplace so cozy, Mid-November still wonderful time for enjoying beautiful fall leaf colors. Hot tub was very nice and enjoyable. We were two parents and two kids and was more than ample space for two more- when it says sleeps 6 it would be very easy. The rec room and 2nd bedroom on lower floor made it so two very separate spaces for adults and kids to enjoy movie upstairs and air hockey downstairs. lots of nice sitting areas on porches to enjoy views. Should consider taking your own food to cook in the house and enjoy the views because Gatlinburg crowds on weekends are a lot to deal with for every meal.
We had no issues, everything was very nice.
USThe view was amazing
The hot tub was broken. We called on day 1, they came day 2 and claimed to fix it however it was still broken. We called day 3, early since we didn’t get back until late the night before, to report it had not been fixed. We were told we would get a call back and it would be serviced but it wasn’t. The water was swamp water. The beds are hard and there were stains on the towels. While the view is amazing, for what you pay, they should take better care of their renters, facilities, and when your rental company says they will call back and fix something, it should be done.
USUSthe view was amazing and driving up wasn’t as bad. the cabin was clean, we loved the gaming area and hot tub.
