Poor communication, harassment and endless calls reminding me of incoming guests.

Very spacious, quiet space. Huge bath with a big tub and separate shower. Overall great. Our host was very accommodating and our stay was very pleasant. For easier locating the property is APA Apartments, drivers can find this easily.

I stayed at Elnas Nyali Apartments for four nights as a solo traveler and had a very pleasant experience. The apartment is perfectly located-clean, spacious, and very comfortable. One of the highlights of my stay was the excellent customer service, especially from Joel and the door security, Athman, who were both very helpful and professional. There were no power interruptions during my stay, and water was available at all times, both cold and hot, which made the stay very comfortable. The apartment is within walking distance to Nyali Mall and several restaurants, making it very convenient and handy. Only a few minor routine repairs are needed, but overall, I was very happy with my stay. I would definitely recommend this apartment, especially for solo travelers. - Abdi

Le jeune homme qui m'a acceuilli était très poli et compréhensif.

L'état général de la chambre. La télécommande du split ne fonctionnait pas, pas de télé, la moustiquaire pas agréable, le volet de la douche manquant, le ventilateur pas opérationnel. Vraiment, une cure de jouvence serait la bienvenue. Désolé mais je n'était vraiment pas à l'aise. J'ai même attrapé froid car il n'y avait qu'un petit drap sur le lit et impossible de régler la température avec la télécommande. J'ai du partir le jour suivant.
